6.7 Switching off the CLV490

1. If the parameter set was modified in CLV-Setup or was only stored temporarily in

CLV490 via a download ("Temproray" option or via context menu (right mouse button)),

the parameter set must be stored permanently in the CLV490 by choosing the

ERMANENT storage option.

2. Save the parameter set as a configuration file "*.scl" in CLV-Setup.

3. Switch off the power supply of the CDM490 or unplug both of the CLV490’s connecting

cables from the connection module.

The last parameter set stored permanently in the CLV490 remains valid.

Archiving the parameter set:

We recommend that you print out the configuration file in order to archive the parameter set.

1. Click in the toolbar.

The P

RINT FILE dialog box is then displayed.

2. Enter a comment in the input field in order to assign the printout to the CLV490.

Confirm your entry with OK.

The P

RINT dialog box for configuring the printer is then displayed.

3. Make the necessary entries in the dialog box and confirm these.

CLV-Setup prints out the current configuration file in the form of a table.
